Processing

Variant Touch of bYOUt ships ALL orders using USPS. There is a flat rate shipping cost for all orders. All US

orders are shipped via priority and international orders are sent via international express.

  • Once your order is placed please expect the following
  1. If your transaction is ACCEPTED, you receive an email letting you know that your order is processing.
  2. If your transaction is NOT INITIALLY ACCEPTED, you receive an email letting you know that your order is pending.

ALL ACCEPTED TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED BY “AUTHORIZE.NET”.  ALL orders ship out AFTER the payment has been confirmed. We do not see when the funds leave the buyers account. Please understand that the confirmation process is in place to protect both YOU as the buyer and VTbYOUt as a business.  This time frame is unique to each individual transaction.

  1. If your transaction is CONFIRMED, you receive an email letting you know that your order is complete.
  2. If your transaction is NOT CONFIRMED, you receive an email letting you know that your order is canceled and the funds will return to the card holders account.
Please understand that I have no control over the time frame in which a transaction is confirmed. When transactions drastically increase as a result of a sale, the timeframe in which “Authorize.net” takes to confirm payments may be increased. PLEASE prepare for MAXIMUM timeframe on orders and keep this in mind when ordering with us.

Once your order ships you will receive tracking information via email from USPS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL AS THE MAJORITY OF TRACKING INFORMATION END UP IN THE SPAM FOLDER.

All orders will ship within an average of 2-10 business days of placing an order (this time frame varies by transactions).

Transit Time

USPS PRIORITY shipping time requires 3–5 business days for delivery (This is the time that is outlined by USPS for delivery, this is the shipping time frame. Not to include processing).

USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS shipping time requires 3–5 business days for delivery after it ships depending it’s destination  (This is the time that is outlined by USPS for delivery, this is the shipping time frame. Not to include processing).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international customers are required to provide a phone number. Once you’ve placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service if we require any additional information.

Please keep in mind that all International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and
requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s
responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or
special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the
only document that will be sent with your shipment.

If you purchase on MONDAY: Processing will begin Tuesday
If you purchase on Tuesday: Processing will begin Wednesday
If you purchase on Wednesday: Processing will begin Friday (PURCHASING
ON WEDNESDAY = PURCHASING ON THURSDAY)
If you purchase on Thursday: Processing will begin Friday
If you purchase on Friday – Sunday: Processing will begin Monday

VTbYOUt does NOT have control over the package once it is in the hands of the postal
services! Once your order is shipped VTbYOUT will NOT be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) if any shipping errors occur.

If the items are being purchased through a sale please prepare for longer processing times. Keep in mind the money may have left your account, but it takes a minimum of 2 business days for the payment to be completed on our end!
