Shipping Policy

When transactions drastically increase as a result of a sale, Variant Touch Of bYOUt ships all orders via the United States Postal Services. Considering all orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, the total delivery time is divided two parts:

  • PROCESSING TIME:  Time frame from placing an order, payment confirmation,  to the order packaging.
  • DELIVERY TIME: This is the actual shipping time. The time that the couriers take to send the packages to your address.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


ALL orders ship out AFTER the payment has been confirmed and cleared the quality control process. Please understand that the confirmation process is in place to protect both YOU as the buyer and Variant Touch Of bYOUt as a business.  This time frame is unique to each individual transaction. Please allow an average of  1 - 5 business days for order processing. Processing time can exceed 1-5 business days when purchasing during a sale.

PLEASE prepare for MAXIMUM timeframe on orders during sales.



Once your order ships you will receive tracking information via email from us. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL AS THE MAJORITY OF TRACKING INFORMATION END UP IN THE SPAM FOLDER.

All orders will be delivered within an average of 3-15 business days of placing an order (this time frame varies by transactions and may be longer for customized items)Time can exceed 3-15 business days when purchasing during a sale.

  • Domestic: Your order will arrive within 3 - 15 business days (shipping + processing). Time can exceed 3-15 business days when purchasing during a sale.
  • International: Your order will arrive within 3 - 15 business days (shipping + processing). Time can exceed 3-15 business days when purchasing during a sale.


All international customers are required to provide a phone number. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service if we require any additional information.


Please keep in mind that all International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and
requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's
responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or
special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the
only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Variant Touch Of bYOUt does NOT have control over the package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal
Services! Once your order is shipped we will NOT be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) if any shipping errors occur.


A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is recommended to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.  Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please email

 If the items are being purchased through a sale please prepare for longer processing times. Keep in mind the money may have left your account, but it takes a minimum of 2 business days for the payment to be completed on our end!

Lost or Stolen Shipments:

In the event your order is lost or stolen we CAN send replacement hair out to you AT YOUR COST. A claim will be filed for all lost or stolen packages. If we receive claim money from USPS for the original order we will refund your card in full. The claim processing time frame varies. All shipments are signature required.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the USPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
